The property sold for $2,500,000. Realtor Chandler Lyell, of Gustave White Realty, represented the sellers. Landvest, Inc. represented the buyer.
The 4,200 square foot cottage sits on 1.4 acres of private grounds overlooking Buzzards Bay. Interior spaces include living areas that allow for easy entertaining flow, with living room opening to family room and dining room opening to kitchen, as well as private spaces, with five bedrooms and a 1st floor office and attached study. The residence was one of four sold this year in the Nonquitt community, which was established as a private, 455-acre summer colony in 1872. The gated enclave has three beaches, swimming pier, boating, tennis and golf.
