BEVERLY HILLS, CA - Paul Lester and Aileen Comora of The Agency recently represented Danny DeVito and Rhea Perlman in the sale of their longtime Beverly Hills home listed at $32 million. The roughly two-acre estate boasts a free-standing screening room, a dance studio, two swimming pools and a wine cellar. The Wall Street Journal reports:
Mr. DeVito and Ms. Perlman bought the property more than 20 years ago and renovated it, but decided to sell because their children are now grown. The buyers are developers Stuart and Stephanie Liner. The Liners have built and sold a number of homes in the Los Angeles area over the years, and they plan to renovate this house.
