Ms. Mitzman, who works at Daniel Gale Sotheby’s Manhasset office, listed the property for her client, 800 Northern Blvd LLC. The buyer/broker, Six-O Realty Corp, found the property on LoopNet. On the market for 30 days, the transaction closed June 9, 2016.

Northwell Health is just half a mile away and 60,000 square feet of office space under construction across the street was just taken by NYU Langone Medical Center.”
