DENVER, CO – Roy Lopez, an accomplished real estate professional with Kentwood Real Estate DTC, has been named “Realtor of the Year” by the Aurora Association of Realtors (AAR). Lopez received the prestigious award during the association’s annual Inaugural Celebration held on Saturday, September 17, 2016 at the Heritage Eagle Bend banquet facility in Aurora.
The Realtor of the Year award is given to Realtors who have not only served their profession, but also their communities. Criteria for the award includes high principles of integrity and adherence to the Realtor Code of Ethics. Recipients must participate in civic and service clubs and actively support charitable organizations. Honorees must also achieve a high level of success in the real estate profession, provide customer service on a high level, and serve on various association committees at the local, state, or national level.
