RUMSON, NJ - Resources Real Estate presented several sales associates with company awards to honor their outstanding achievements during the month of November 2017. The company meeting took place on December 6th at the stunning six-bedroom, five-bathroom Rumson home at 6 Pond Road, which is nearing completion and will soon be ready for occupancy.
Sales Associate Colleen McGowan, who works in the Monmouth Beach office, was named Agent of the Month. This award is given to an agent in recognition of his or her sales success in the previous month, including new listings, recent contracts and sold transactions, as well as past client recognition of their efforts and other business-building activities. Colleen had a total of nine closings for November. A member of Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate’s Board of Regents, Colleen, also received the company’s Regency Award for having earned 75 agent points for the month of November.

Sales Associate Jessica Hickey, from the Rumson office, was presented with the Featured Luxury Agent award, which is an honor given to a sales associate active in the luxury market with a residential listing above $1 million. Among the various properties she represented this month, Jessica listed the five-bedroom, seven-bathroom home at 124 Bingham Avenue in Rumson for $2,550,000. The 5,670-square-foot single-family home sits over two acres and features an extra-large two-story garage, a large front yard with fishpond and a vegetable garden. This property also helped Jessica land the Top Listing Agent Award. Additionally, Jessica was presented with the Significant Sale Award, an honor given to an agent for a sale of a single property above $2.5 million. Jessica earned this honor for selling the estate at 172 Rumson Road in Rumson. This magnificent home and guesthouse situated on 5.7 acres was sold on November 27th for $3.1 million.
The Commercial Agent Award was given to JoAnn Davenport from the Red Bank office for selling commercial properties totaling $3,499,000.
Tammy Brindise from the Rumson office received the Perseverance Award. This award is presented to an agent who closes a transaction despite great challenges. A frequent recipient of this award, Tammy successfully managed to bring this sale to completion despite delays and multiple complications, which threatened to derail it. Thanks to Tammy’s diligence and focus, the transaction was successfully closed with the clients noting Tammy’s dedication and professionalism.
Lastly, Maureen Kaltenbach, from the Atlantic Highlands office, received the Team Spirit Award, given to a sales associate who extends him or herself to help colleagues and/or the company as a whole. Maureen’s office manager, Mary Lynn Hughes, nominated her for covering the clients and properties of a colleague who was on medical leave while successfully maintaining her own clients.
