SEATTLE, WA – Enthusiastic Francophile, benevolent philanthropist and award-winning real estate professional, Elizabeth F. Stribling, will be adding another prestigious accolade to her collection this year at the 23rd Annual Luxury Real Estate Fall Conference as the recipient of the Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate Lifetime Achievement Award. Presented twice annually to a longtime member of the Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate network, Ms. Stribling was selected by virtue of her outstanding peer recognition, relentless hard work and persistent dedication to the real estate industry.

In 1980, Elizabeth Stribling established Stribling & Associates, Ltd. and has since grown it into one of the most successful residential firms in the city; 
with five offices and more than 350 agents across Manhattan and Brooklyn, as well as a large network of national and international strategic referral partners.
In 2013, Ms. Stribling named her daughter Elizabeth Ann Stribling-Kivlan to succeed her as President of the family-owned firm, but has remained involved as President of Stribling Marketing Associates, where she works with a top-ranked team overseeing sales and marketing efforts for a vast portfolio of new development offerings. She also advises Stribling Private Brokerage, which specializes in the custom offerings for properties over five million dollars, playing an integral role of Stribling's brokerage expertise.
As well as managing one of New York’s premier real estate brokerages, Elizabeth has been committed to making the city a better place. She is active in her community as she serves on the Board of the Landmarks Conservancy, the Board of the Women’s Committee of Central Park, Board of Governors of the Real Estate Board of New York and the Board of the American Hospital of Paris. Additionally, she acts as Chairman of the French Heritage Society (FHS), where she oversees the charitable arm that aids in the restoration of buildings in France and those of French inspiration in the U.S.
For her efforts in raising restoration funds with the FHS, Elizabeth has been awarded the highest accolade from France, the Legion d’Honneur, as well as the National Order of Merit, where she is an Officer in both orders. She was also honored in early 2018 with the Bernard H. Mendik Lifetime Leadership in Real Estate Award presented by the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) for her outstanding achievements to civic service and leadership in New York.
