David Koon

Since 2009, David has enjoyed working at Arizona Best Real Estate and has been blessed to manage a diverse and dynamic team of 16 agents at the Waterfront Branch in Old Town Scottsdale.

David’s past experience in systems administration at Wells Fargo Bank, where he oversaw vault and ATM systems nationwide, was beneficial in transferring his administrative skills to project management which is critical to real estate transactions. In addition, David owned and operated a restaurant wholesale supply company where he managed a salesforce servicing many prominent Valley chain and locally owned restaurants.

David takes pride in recognizing client’s needs and objectives and is diligent about successfully managing all aspects of the transaction. His depth of knowledge about both real estate and the Valley market helps him provide excellent service, which is evident through his ability to consistently service repeat clients.
