Charming property from the early 1900s, surrounded by a hectare of parkland, overlooking Cernobbio from a high position, from which the view can extend over the lake, up to the city of Como. The main Liberty-style villa has been preserved in its original flavor, both outside and inside, by the current owners, who renovated it in 1980, but without affecting its atmosphere. The large windows of the living rooms on the ground floor, open to the beautiful garden and outdoor pool, the high ceilings, the decidedly 'important' entrance as well as the large staircase that leads to the upper floors, declare an architectural style of yesteryear, when space was considered in itself a symptom of elegance and 'savoir vivre'. Going up to the upper floor, a hallway distributes the five bedrooms and their bathrooms. A balcony with its flowered loggia, from which you can admire the garden and the silver lake, up to Como, serves the two large bedrooms on the front side of the villa. All bedrooms overlook the park surrounding the property, protecting perfect privacy. On the third floor, in addition to some service rooms, we find a delightful studio that naturally enjoys an even more enchanting view, and from here we climb the 'tower': a truly magical place from which the view sweeps 360°, even behind the villa, towards the cool pre-Alpine valleys. Inside the park there is an annex, renovated in 2005, which houses 4 bedrooms as well as a large living room, a kitchen and 5 bathrooms; adjacent to the annex there is an area designed for fitness, with an indoor pool, equipped with an 'Endless pool'. In the park, a fun tavern has even been built in the 'English pub' style surrounded by greenery.

Charmante propriété du début des années 1900, entourée d'un hectare de parc, surplombant Cernobbio d'une position élevée, d'où la vue peut s'étendre sur le lac, jusqu'à la ville de Côme. La villa principale de style Liberty a été conservée dans sa saveur d'origine, tant à l'extérieur qu'à l'intérieur, par les propriétaires actuels, qui l'ont rénovée en 1980, mais sans altérer son atmosphère. Les grandes fenêtres des pièces à vivre du rez-de-chaussée, ouvertes sur le magnifique jardin et la piscine extérieure, les hauts plafonds, l'entrée résolument « importante » ainsi que le grand escalier qui mène aux étages supérieurs, déclarent un style architectural d'antan, lorsque l'espace était considéré en soi comme un symptôme d'élégance et de savoir-vivre. En montant à l'étage supérieur, un couloir distribue les cinq chambres et leurs salles de bains. Un balcon avec sa loggia fleurie, d'où l'on peut admirer le jardin et le lac argenté, jusqu'à Côme, dessert les deux grandes chambres situées en façade de la villa. Toutes les chambres donnent sur le parc entourant la propriété, protégeant ainsi une parfaite intimité. Au troisième étage, en plus de quelques pièces de service, nous trouvons un charmant studio qui bénéficie naturellement d'une vue encore plus enchanteresse, et de là nous montons dans la « tour » : un lieu vraiment magique d'où la vue s'étend à 360°, même derrière la villa, vers les fraîches vallées préalpines. A l'intérieur du parc se trouve une annexe, rénovée en 2005, qui abrite 4 chambres ainsi qu'un grand séjour, une cuisine et 5 salles de bains ; à côté de l'annexe se trouve un espace conçu pour le fitness, avec une piscine intérieure, équipée d'une « piscine sans fin ». Dans le parc, une taverne ludique a même été aménagée dans le style « pub anglais » entourée de verdure.

Affascinante proprietà di inizio ‘900 circondata da un ettaro di parco, che si affaccia su Cernobbio da una posizione alta da cui la vista può spaziare sul lago fino alla città di Como. La villa principale in stile Liberty è stata conservata nel suo sapore originale, sia negli esterni che negli interni, dagli attuali proprietari, che nel 1980 l’hanno rinnovata, ma senza intaccarne l’atmosfera. Le grandi finestre dei saloni al piano terreno, aperte sul bel giardino e sulla piscina esterna, gli alti soffitti, l’ingresso decisamente “importante” così come la grande scala che porta ai piani superiori, dichiarano uno stile architettonico di altri tempi, quando lo spazio era considerato di per se stesso un sintomo di eleganza e “savoir vivre”. Salendo al piano superiore un disimpegno distribuisce le cinque camere da letto ed i relativi bagni. Una balconata con la sua loggia fiorita, da cui si ammira il giardino ed il lago argentato, fino a Como, serve le due grandi camere da letto sul lato frontale della villa. Tutte le camere da letto sono affacciate sul parco che circonda la proprietà, proteggendone la perfetta privacy. Al terzo piano, oltre ad alcuni locali di servizio, troviamo un delizioso studio che naturalmente gode di una vista ancor più incantevole, e da qui si sale sulla “torretta”: un luogo davvero magico da cui la vista spazia a 360°, anche alle spalle della villa, verso le fresche valli prealpine. All’interno del parco si trova una dependance, ristrutturata nel 2005, che ospita 4 camere da letto oltre ad un grande soggiorno, una cucina e 5 bagni; adiacente alla dependance troviamo una zona pensata per il fitness, con una piscina interna dotata di “nuoto controcorrente”. Nel parco è stata realizzata addirittura una divertente taverna in stile “pub inglese” immersa nel verde.
