Hästgården riding stables occupy an excellent location on the west coast, located approximately a 10-minute drive outside Sweden's most popular summer resort town, Varberg. At the entrance to the property are four independent buildings, a rental house, a small stable, a warehouse and a garage with a guest apartment. There is also a double garage inside the gates.

As the gate opens you are met with well-kept paddocks, stables, the residential building and large areas for horse transport and walking machines should you wish. The stable with eight stalls is situated directly adjacent to the riding house. Here you will find the saddle room, storage, kitchenette and bathroom. The picturesque apartment building was renovated in 2022 and nestles deep in greenery. Practical single-story villa with an open plan between the kitchen and the living room. A large, insulated conservatory with sliding door sections leads out onto the terrace and garden. The two bedrooms, two bathrooms and entrance hall allow for plenty of storage.

With the motorway just three minutes away, it is 80 kilometers to Gothenburg and 250 kilometers to Copenhagen. The sea and picturesque bathing spots and beaches are only few kilometers away and can easily be reached by bicycle. For variation visit the horse farm for a change of scenery, while Northern Europe's best surfing is to be found in Apelviken is just a few minutes away.
