Marco Haney

Marco is an Honours Graduate from UCL (University College London) and it was during his year abroad, as part of his degree, that he fell in love with Italy when he studied Italian Literature at Bologna University. Born and brought up in Scotland, Marco’s earlier Sales and Marketing career began in the Hotel industry where he was based in Mayfair, London (next door to Sotheby’s) and travelled frequently to Barbados and Antigua in the Caribbean. Keen to move permanently to Italy, Marco did just that 15 years ago and has worked in Real Estate ever since, covering most of Tuscany. He now lives permanently in Tuscany with his wife and two daughters. He is fluent in English and Italian.
