Lamberink Makelaars & Adviseurs is the market leader in the Northern Netherlands with 10 branches and recently joined Buitenstate. The foundation of the company was laid by Harry Lamberink in 1988 when he started as a real estate agent from a former garage in Assen.

Ten years later, a second office followed in his hometown of Hardenberg. This was followed by more branches in Drenthe and, together with Pieter Rozema, offices were also opened in the province of Groningen. Not only were they glory years, bad times also followed, such as the housing crisis a few years ago.

Over the years the company has experienced steady growth. The latest expansion took place at the beginning of 2020 through the takeover of the Frisian Woonaccent offices, which now also includes the province of Friesland in Lamberink's working area.

Nowadays, Lamberink is active throughout the Northern Netherlands with 70 employees and 10 branches. However, becoming big was not the goal that was aimed for, according to founder Harry Lamberink, who is still at the helm of the company. The growth actually came more or less naturally. Just dedicate yourself to your customer, see opportunities and offer real added value. And if you have made a mistake (where mince is made, chips are made) then stand up for it. Over the years, this resulted in satisfied customers who brought in new customers.

At Lamberink you can get all services under one roof, such as housing, business premises, new construction, appraisals and financial services. The office is a member of the NVM and also a partner in Dynamis.

Specialization in rural living
Rural living is a growing specialty within Lamberink Makelaars. Real estate agents with experience in rural areas work in all regions. We wanted to emphasize this specialization more by addressing the target group with a separate label, explains Harry Lamberink. We considered developing our own label for the North, but also followed Buitenstate, which has been successful in the beautiful segment of outdoor living for years. This group has a lot of expertise. Buitenstate offers national coverage and is very active in digital marketing, which has now created the largest search base (over 20,000) specifically for rural living. We see many advantages in joining Buitenstate, and also hope for a pleasant, inspiring collaboration with the other Buitenstate brokers.
